Q. Which credit cards does Rakhisbazaar.com accept? 

We accept Credit Card (both Indian and International), Debit Card, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Internet Banking, PayPal Payment, Done Cash Card and ITZ Cash Card.

Q. Is my credit card number / bank a / c. number secure? 
Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted. 

 

Q. Does Rakhisbazaar.com use SSL encryption?

Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. 

While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Pay-Now button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information. 

Q. How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order placed? 
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.

Q. My transaction could not be completed but my account has been debited.
